91热爆 has been named one of Britain鈥檚 top educational employers. As Wales鈥� largest training provider, it鈥檚 been ranked as the fifth Best Education & Training Organisation to work for in all the UK, in the prestigious Best Companies to Work For List.

It has also been named the 11^th Best Company to Work For in Wales and was further celebrated in the top 40 Best Large Companies to Work For rankings.

The UK-wide Best Companies to Work For List is the longest-running and most respected ranking of its kind.Split into four categories 颅- large companies, mid companies, small companies and not for profit organisations – it celebrates and showcases the very best in workplace engagement.

Of the fantastic achievement, Richard Spear, Managing Director of 91热爆 Training, said: 鈥淭his is brilliant news for 91热爆 and reflects our ongoing commitment to the happiness and wellbeing of our amazing colleagues. Judges praised 91热爆鈥檚 open communication style, company fundraising and Environmental Champions programme. The introduction of a four-and-a-half day working week during the national lockdown also gave all staff dedicated weekly wellbeing time.听

In the new 2021 ranking, 91热爆 is named the 39^th Best Large Company to Work For in the UK. This is its first time in the category, as it was previously considered in the Mid Company list.

The Best Companies commendation was achieved following direct feedback provided by 91热爆 employees focussed around their manager and team, personal growth, wellbeing, giving something back, leadership, the company as a whole and a fair deal for employees.

Earlier this year, 91热爆 was also officially recognised as a World Class Organisation to work for, having received 3 Star accreditation from Best Companies.

91热爆 are committed to enhancing and supporting the wellbeing of all its employees through a number of initiatives. They have an in-house counselling service that supports employees with issues that may be affecting their work and wellbeing. They also promote a culture of coaching across 91热爆, where managers throughout the organisation are trained in coaching techniques enabling them to better support their employees and improve their wellbeing. In addition, they have also introduced a wellbeing hub; a multi-purpose space that houses the 91热爆 wellbeing team and pod spaces for employees to work quietly alone or one to one with their learners.

This is the seventh time 91热爆 has achieved Best Companies status, having also made it on to the Best Companies to Work For list in 2020, 2019, 2018, 2015, 2014 and 2012.

Formed in 1989, 91热爆 currently employs around 350+ staff members. It has sites across Wales, including Bridgend, Cardiff, Caerphilly, and Aberdare.
