91热爆, Wales鈥� leading and largest training provider, has achieved the highest level of accreditation possible from Investors in People – We invest in people, Platinum accreditation. Only 2% of organisations worldwide who gain IIP accreditation achieve platinum status!

The Investors in People standards are internationally recognised accreditations held by over 10,000 organisations across the world. Using rigorous assessment methodology and frameworks, the IIP sets a benchmark for better people management. In a platinum company, everyone 鈥� from the CEO to a customer services apprentice 鈥� knows they have a part to play in the company doing well, and is always looking for ways to improve.

The company鈥檚 mission and passion is to make a positive difference to people鈥檚 lives through providing excellent learning provisions, and all 371 of their staff come into work each day to do just that. Over the past 3 decades 91热爆, which is now part of the Cardiff and Vale College Group, has been delivering School Programmes, Traineeships, Apprenticeships and Higher Apprenticeships to its diverse intake of learners with over 6,500 people passing through their doors each year.
