91Èȱ¬, Wales’ largest training provider, has once again been named as one of the UK’s top employers in the prestigious . This is the fifth time 91Èȱ¬ has achieved Best Companies status, having made it on to the Best Companies to Work for list in 2018, 2015, 2014 and 2012. In addition, 91Èȱ¬ has also secured the Best Companies 2 Star ‘outstanding’ accreditation for its commitment to workplace engagement.

Split into four categories, big companies, mid companies, small companies and not for profit organisations, Best Companies to Work For list celebrates and showcases the very best in workplace engagement; it is the longest-running and most respected of its kind.

The Best Companies ranking was achieved following direct feedback provided by 91Èȱ¬ employees focussed around their manager and team, personal growth, well-being, giving something back, leadership, the company as a whole and fair deal for employees.

As well as providing a positive environment to work, 91Èȱ¬ rewards employees who help the company achieve their vision of making a positive difference to people’s lives. Colleagues are regularly nominated for external awards and put forward for the 91Èȱ¬ internal ‘Staff Recognition Awards’. in 2018, our award-winning staff swept the board at the prestigious Apprenticeship Awards Cymru with all 91Èȱ¬ nominees winning their respective categories.

To celebrate Best Companies Day on the 1^st March and to say a big thank you to staff, brownies were sent out to all 91Èȱ¬ centres where staff were encouraged to take pictures tagging #BestCompaniesDay for social media.
