An ApprenticeÌýat Wessex Garages in Cardiff will soon be appearing in some new marketing material for Wales’ leading training provider due to his dedication and hard work.
RezwanÌýGafur, who is 17-years-old fromÌýGrangetown, is a Parts Apprentice at the dealership onÌýHadfieldÌýRoad and will act as one of the role models for 91Èȱ¬ Training in South Wales.
TonyÌýMcAuliffe, Parts Manager at Wessex Garages onÌýHadfieldÌýRoad, said: “We’re ecstatic that 91Èȱ¬ Training has decided to useÌýRezwanÌýin their new marketing material. He deserves some recognition after all his hard work.
“The picture ofÌýRezwanÌýwill be used in leaflets,Ìýflyers, pull-up banners and on the 91Èȱ¬ website. The training provider is also going to video him.ÌýRezwanÌýis currently in his first year of working towards a customer service qualification via us and 91Èȱ¬ Training.
“During his first nine months working within the Parts Department at our Nissan dealership,ÌýRezwanÌýhas shown great skills in customer service and knowledge of the IT systems required to ensure accurate identification of vehicle parts and accessory requirements for both internal and external customers.
“He has a friendly manner and is a well-respected team member showing great prospects for the future. As a company we believe in giving opportunities to young and enthusiastic people with the aim of developing them towards a great career within the motor trade environment.”

Our OpportunitiesÌýAdvisor, HelenÌýHealyÌýfound him a work placement at Wessex Garages to help him build confidence and skills in this sector.
